Join Our Team as a Cleaner!
We are currently looking for a cleaner for a residential property in Burnaby. This is a full-time position. The cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the building's common areas and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents.
- Clean and maintain common areas in residential and commercial buildings

Perform general cleaning duties including

Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors

Dusting and sanitizing surfaces

Cleaning washrooms and high-touch areas

Removing garbage and recycling
-
Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper

Respond promptly to spills and cleaning requests

Ensure all assigned areas meet company cleanliness standards

Support team operations and maintain a positive work environment

Report maintenance or safety concerns when identified

Assist with coordinating tasks when working within a team environment
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is an asset

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Good communication and time-management skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to communicate effectively in English

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
Job Details
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay rate: $18.50 per hour
Schedule:
Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Monday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Tuesday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Start Date: Early July
