Backhoe Operator
Marmot Construction Ltd. is seeking a Full-Time Seasonal Backhoe Operator to excavate trenches for the installation of underground water utilities in areas of New Construction.

Candidates will require proficiency within the following skills:
· Experience with driving a Truck and Trailer transporting Heavy Equipment
· Experience Operating a JD410 Backhoe
· Ground Disturbance Experience would be considered an asset
· Underground Utility Experience would be considered an asset
· Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence and Clean Abstract

Compensation:
· Starting Wage is $33.00 - $35.00 per hour, corresponding with experience.
· Substantial opportunities available for overtime at 1.5 x Hourly Rate; overtime pay is calculated on hours in excess of 40 hours worked weekly.
