About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Front of House Lead to help lead the guest experience at Avenue 18, a new contemporary-casual restaurant, bar, and golf lounge opening in Cobourg.
Our concept combines elevated casual dining, a vibrant bar program, private events, and state-of-the-art indoor golf simulator experiences to create a unique destination for our community.
This is a working leadership position best suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys mentoring others, and leads by example.
While you may often be stationed behind the bar, this role extends beyond bartending. The successful candidate will support the overall front-of-house operation, including the dining room, bar, and golf lounge, while helping establish the service culture and operational standards that define Avenue18.

This position will report directly to ownership, who will act as the day-to-day management team.
