We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting mechanical systems and equipment. Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to perform repairs accurately.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to assist in the design and improvement of mechanical systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and practices in a mechanical setting.
- Certification or degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field is preferred but not required.
