Overview
Certified Pre-Owned Motors is hiring a full-time finance manager. We’re an established independent dealership with strong monthly volume and room to grow. In this role you’ll handle lender relationships, present finance and protection products, assist with desking when needed, and keep deals moving smoothly. We’re after someone with solid closing skills, strong attention to compliance, and a drive to perform. AMVIC license is a plus, or willingness to get it. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support organizational objectives and growth initiatives.
- Oversee budgeting processes, monitor financial performance, and prepare detailed reports for executive leadership.
- Manage cash flow, analyze financial data, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
- Lead negotiations with vendors, partners, and clients to secure favorable terms that benefit the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to financial services and dealership operations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize financing options for customers while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Provide mentorship to finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial services with a strong background in dealership finance or related industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, sales support, and customer service excellence.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Prior experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and compliance within a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices related to finance management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.

Pay: $59,734.19-$160,000.00 per year
