Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our Production team in a dynamic food processing environment. Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and tools for meat cutting and fabrication, ensuring precision and quality.
- Sanitate work areas and equipment to maintain compliance with food safety regulations.
- Package finished products according to company standards, ensuring proper labeling and presentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process, making adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment, utilizing mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding food processing and safety.
Requirements
- Previous experience in meat cutting or as a butcher is preferred.
- Knowledge of food processing techniques and food safety regulations is essential.
- Mechanical knowledge to assist in the operation and maintenance of production equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
- Willingness to adhere to all sanitation practices and safety protocols within the food industry.
