Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our construction and restoration team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills across various trades, including carpentry, masonry, electrical work, plumbing, siding, windows, doors, etc. This role involves working on diverse projects that require precision, technical knowledge, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. The Tradesman will contribute to building, repairing, and restoring structures with professionalism and attention to detail.
Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute projects accurately.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform construction tasks such as framing, concrete forming, concrete finishing, tile laying, flooring installation, and cabinetry installation.
- Conduct masonry work including bricklaying and stonework as needed for various projects.
- Execute electrical work with experience in wiring, electrical system troubleshooting, and installation.
- Carry out plumbing tasks including pipe fitting, fixture installation, and repairs.
- Apply caulking and painting techniques for restoration or finishing purposes.
- Operate heavy equipment safely for excavation or material handling.
- Assist with construction estimating and project planning when required.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout each project phase.
Experience
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, masonry, electrical work, plumbing, welding, or concrete finishing.
- Ability to read detailed blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
- Experience with construction estimating is a plus but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites is essential.
- Prior involvement in restoration projects or cabinetry installation is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different project requirements. Candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic with a commitment to quality craftsmanship across all aspects of construction and restoration projects.

Pay: $28.25-$42.71 per hour
