Responsibilities:
1. Entering data and maintaining databases
2. Take orders from stores and respond to their requests (customer service)
3. Ensure good communication between department and stores and offer our customers a fast and professional service
4. Opening of the files for the inventory of the merchandise
Requirements:
Bilingual Person (French and English)
College or University Degree
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with eagerness
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ease of learning and ability to retain and apply knowledge
Interpersonal communication skills and superior communication skills
Initiative and ability to work autonomously under pressure
Computer skills / ease of typing - with good knowledge of Excel and related applications
