We are looking for a professional, seasoned Server / Bartender who shares our passion for Italian culture and can deliver the high standard of service our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Guide guests through their dining experience with grace, attentiveness, and a mature, professional demeanor.
- Celebrate Italian Culture: Confidently explain our menu, ingredients, and daily specials, sharing your genuine knowledge of Italian food and wine.
- Craft Beverages: Efficiently pour beer and craft classic and contemporary cocktails behind the bar.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure a clean, safe, and organized dining and bar environment.
What We Are Looking For
To thrive in this role, you must bring a polished presence and a strong work ethic. Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of front-of-house serving experience in a fast-paced or fine-dining environment.
- Cultural Knowledge: A strong understanding of Italian food, wine, and culture is essential to connect with our menu and guests.
- Bar Skills: Confident ability to mix cocktails and pour beer seamlessly.
- Certifications: Must hold valid Smart Serve and Food Handler certifications.
- Communication: Fully fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Personality: Mature in nature, professional, dependable, and capable of building rapport with a loyal, mature demographic.
