Operations & Administration Coordinator
Status: Full-Time, Junior Role
Compensation: $24-$28 per Hour.
Schedule: 40 hours per week

Overview
The Operations & Administration Coordinator supports the administrative, logistical, and data management functions of JNS Industries Inc., ensuring smooth internal operations and accurate production documentation.
This role bridges administrative precision with on-floor coordination — maintaining records, labels, procurement logs, and weekly data updates that connect the production, finance, and sales departments.
The position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual who enjoys structure, accuracy, and process improvement in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment.
Core Responsibilities
1. Office Administration (6 hrs/week)
- Manage internal communications, meeting scheduling, and documentation filing
- Maintain up-to-date versions of SOPs, HR forms, and internal policy documents
- Support data entry, scanning, and tracking of compliance documentation
- Assist with onboarding paperwork, timesheet collection, and staff scheduling coordination
2. Logistics Coordination (1 hr/week)
- Support shipping and receiving documentation for packaging materials and finished goods
- Maintain courier schedules and verify delivery receipts
- Coordinate small local deliveries with logistics partners as needed
3. Label Setup & Printing (4 hrs/week)
- Prepare and print compliant product and batch labels for production runs
- Coordinate with QA and Production teams to ensure accuracy and version control
- Maintain organized digital and physical archives of label templates
- Track label inventory and initiate reorders as necessary
4. Procurement & Supply Tracking (4 hrs/week)
- Assist with ordering packaging, consumables, and production supplies
- Verify purchase orders and supplier invoices against delivery records
- Maintain organized purchase logs and assist with vendor communication
- Track inventory of key office and production materials
5. Data Analysis & Reporting (4 hrs/week)
- Support weekly updates of key operational dashboards (production output, inventory, sales inputs)
- Verify accuracy of data between sheets (Demand Planner, Cash Flow, Forecast)
- Assist with ad hoc reporting for leadership review
- Identify trends or discrepancies and flag for correction
6. We are a small team and we wear multiple hats, you may be asked to assist or participate in the occasional activity outside of the scope of the role defined above.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business, or related field (Asset,Not Required).
- 5 Years prior industry experience in similar role (Asset,Not Required).
- Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with labeling software, printers, or packaging workflows (asset, Not required).
- Familiarity with cannabis production documentation or QA procedures (asset, Not Required).

Base Salary: $24-$28 per Hour.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Work Model: 5 days in-office (Brantford)
