We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper & Payroll Administrator to join our clients team. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who can work independently and manage a variety of accounting and payroll responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare month-end financial reports and reconciliations
- Complete daily accounting entries
- Track and maintain project/job costing
- Prepare year-end documentation for the accountant
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule
- Administer employee benefits
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
Qualifications
- Proficiency with QuickBooks is required
- Previous bookkeeping and payroll experience
- Experience with month-end and year-end accounting processes
- Knowledge of job costing and benefits administration is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
