Overview
Brandt is currently seeking a Parts Person for our Calgary Construction and Forestry location.
The Parts Person will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, managing parts inventory, ensuring timely procurement of necessary parts, and providing high-quality customer service. Additionally, the role involves assisting customers, responding to inquiries, and supporting the parts sales team through effective communication and collaboration.

What You Will Be Responsible For
- Problem solving
- Locate parts and other materials, and ship to customers and other branches
- Make inventory and bin adjustments
- Accurately and completely document and report all shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock information
- Use parts and warehousing equipment and computer systems
- Other duties as required
What We Look For
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and customer service
- Proficiency with inventory management systems or related software is beneficial
- Capable of meeting physical demands of parts/warehousing trade
- Ability to build lasting partnerships with customers both over the phone and in person
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in operating a personal computer and utilizing software such as Excel to input and manage data effectively
- Knowledge of parts and equipment related to industries such as agriculture, construction, or material handling is an asset
- Journeyperson Certification is considered an asset
