The Technology Delivery Manager is a pivotal role responsible for supporting Canadian lines of business from project discovery to closeout. The TDM will collaborate with various internal teams and external partners to deploy commercialized solutions across various Compass Canada sectors.
Now, if you were to come on board as our Technology Delivery Manager, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

Collaborate with Security Transformation, Operations, Strategy, Menu and Configuration, and Managed Partners to deploy commercialized solutions, including but not limited to Mobile, POS, Network, Surveillance, Debit Terminals, and Digital Signage.

Lead project discovery sessions and ensure alignment of project objectives with business requirements.

Conduct weekly project meetings to track progress, address issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Develop and maintain project artifacts including Statements of Work (SOW), Change Requests (CRs), Meeting Minutes, Purchase Orders, etc.

Manage changes in project scope, timeline, and budget effectively, ensuring adherence to project constraints.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels of management, providing regular updates and addressing concerns as they arise.

Demonstrate strong project management skills, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Network Concepts: Strong working knowledge of network concepts such as DHCP, DNS, firewall rules, and routing.

Passion for Food and Food Service: A deep passion for food and food service is essential, ensuring that technology solutions are created and deployed with the highest level of care to enhance the eating experience.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong listening abilities.

Technical Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with individuals of varying technical competency levels.

Technology Delivery Experience: Proven experience in technology delivery or a similar role.

Efficiency and Engagement: Highly engaged individual who seeks out better and more efficient ways to complete tasks.

Project Management Tools: Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Quickbase, or Trello.

Microsoft Office Proficiency: Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office.

Technology Solutions Understanding: Strong understanding of technology solutions, with preferred experience in deploying POS systems, network infrastructure, and digital signage.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, demonstrating resilience and problem-solving skills.
