Responsible for coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform reception duties including answering and redirecting incoming calls in a professional manner, coordinating outbound shipments, responding to emails and other errands.

Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to resolve issues.

Work collaboratively within the team to ensure sufficient stock levels and timely delivery of shipments.

Prepare invoices.
-
Dispatch service related requests.
-
Processing and posting various types of invoices, credit notes, and inventory transfers.
-
Conduct daily scheduled outbound customer calls and confirm or alter standing orders, e-mail confirmations and reminders related to products and services.

Maintains filing daily that includes receiving cash, cheques and credit card slips from the Drivers.

Assists in the collection of Accounts Receivable.
