About the Role
The Custom Millworker fabricates high-end, custom wood components, reading plans and operating machines with accuracy and craftsmanship.
What You’ll Do
- Fabricate trims, panels, and specialty items
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Read layouts and measure precisely
- Assemble, sand, and finish components
- Collaborate on design and production solutions
What You Bring
- 1+ years’ experience in millwork or cabinetry
- Strong technical and layout-reading skills
· Ability to read and understand imperial and metric dimensions
- Advanced woodworking machine operation
- Creative problem-solving and craftsmanship mindset
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work independently
