What You Bring:
The successful candidate will have previous experience supporting a field service environment and possess strong organizational and analytical skills. A minimum of 2 to 3 years of warranty analysis, fleet management, or related experience is preferred.
Other requirements include:
- Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking.
- Understanding of work order flow and processing within an ERP system.
- Ability to understand basic mechanical systems.
- Previous dealership experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to obtain Komatsu Claim Administrator Certification.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, email, SAP, and other electronic systems.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and attention to detail skills.
- Experience in a mining or industrial office environment is considered an asset.
This position is classified as an Individual Contributor role in SMS Equipment’s competency framework, requiring demonstration of core competencies (customer focus, collaboration, and technical/functional expertise).
