The leasing agent is an enthusiastic, creative, and driven team member with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Are you a self-starter with a passion for real estate and customer service? We’re seeking a motivated, charismatic, and independent Leasing Agent with a passion for customer experience to take the lead on showings at our Rivana Residence, a brand new apartment building located at 21783 Lougheed Highway in Maple Ridge. This is a 6-month term position with a targeted start date of August 1, 2026.
This role is accountable for conducting property showings for prospective tenants with professionalism and enthusiasm, and creating a strong, positive first impression that reflects our brand and community focused values. We expect the individual to be flexible in conducting showings on weekends and evenings. The individual may also need to provide assistance with property management and marketing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, informative, and personalized unit and property tours;
- Act as a building ambassador, representing the community with professionalism and enthusiasm;
- Build rapport with prospective residents and effectively communicate the value of the building, amenities, and neighborhood;
- Maintain a strong understanding of current availability, pricing, and promotions;
- Ensure presentation of show suites and common areas is consistently high-quality and tour ready;
- Maintain accurate records and reporting on weekly showings and building feedback from prospects;
- Assist building manager with some day-to-day operations;
- And any other duties that are required.
What you need to bring:
- Experience in sales or customer service, residential leasing and property management experience is an asset;
- Proven customer service skills and ability to maintain positive relationships;
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work on-site in Maple Ridge, British Columbia;
- Knowledge of local rental regulations and rental market is an asset;
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in property management or real estate are advantageous.
