Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
Duties
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS for processing orders and payments
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns
- Handle cash transactions accurately while following cash handling procedures
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and food safety throughout the restaurant
- Assist with serving food and beverages to customers as needed
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience for guests
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Skills
- Experience in food preparation and handling within a restaurant or food service environment
- Proficient in using POS systems, particularly Micros POS
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Previous experience in the food industry or kitchen environment is preferred
