Trius Truck Centre / Thrifty Car Rental is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team!

What You'll Do
As a Rental Counter Agent, you'll be an important part of our customers' experience. You'll:
- Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude and be the first point of contact at our rental counter.
- Help customers with bookings and explain rental options, terms, and conditions clearly.
- Process customer information and payments accurately and securely.
- Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries with confidence.
- Resolve questions and concerns with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
- Complete administrative tasks that help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
