Safe Space Rehabilitation Centre is a trauma-informed, interdisciplinary clinic supporting individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents (MVAs). Our clients are diverse—culturally, economically, and emotionally—and often navigating pain, trauma, and displacement all at once.
We're a team that values depth, compassion, and human connection. Our psychology department is grounded, and relational—with strong collaboration, somatic awareness, and a commitment to integrity.
We’re currently seeking Registered Psychotherapists or Social Workers who are passionate about supporting complex trauma recovery, and who want to grow within a supportive, aligned team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual psychotherapy for individuals recovering from MVAs
- Write clear and timely documentation, including SOAP notes, progress reports, and etc. as required
- Attend to deadlines and report submission timelines with professionalism
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with PHIPA
- Adapt your therapeutic approach to meet clients from diverse cultural, linguistic, and socio-economic backgrounds
- Collaborate with other team members
- Use JaneApp to manage your schedule, notes, and communications
What You Bring
- Registration in good standing with CRPO or OCSWSSW (Qualifying welcome)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong documentation skills and ability to keep up with paperwork
- Comfort working independently in a virtual/telehealth environment
- Genuine attunement and curiosity — you care about your clients as people, not just cases
- Fluency in other languages is a major asset
