Job Summary:
We are currently seeking high performing individuals who have a growth mindset to join our Landscape Construction Crew. As a Crew Member, you will be an integral part of our team, involved in all aspects of landscape construction projects, from initial preparation to final touches. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the landscaping industry and contribute to creating stunning outdoor environments. This position is essential in ensuring that our team delivers high-quality work while maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of various landscape features, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, fences, and decks.
- Perform site preparation tasks such as digging, grading, and soil preparation.
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation according to landscape plans.
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, plate compactors, sod cutters).
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with crew leaders and other team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader or Project Manager.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscaping or construction is an asset but not always required. We are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license is an asset.
- Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week
