We are looking to fill a permanent full-time position on our sales team as a telecommuting lead generator/account manager for our Western Canada territory. This position is mostly remote..

More specifically, your main tasks will be:
- Promote sales development through telephone calls.
- Ensure that accounts opened with Richelieu remain open or closed.
- Validate if the customer needs to be contacted by an outside sales representative.
- Update Excel files.
- Make an end-of-day report of all accounts to be closed.
- Report to Sales Manager at end of day on all accounts to be visited by an outside sales representative.

Requirements:
- High school diploma and/or relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of technological tools such as the MS Office suite, Teams and Zoom.
- Bilingualism (French and English), both written and spoken will be considered an asset.
