What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Creative Content Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality photo and video content to enhance our brand’s visual content, with a significant focus on social media platforms. You will work closely with the marketing teams to produce compelling imagery that drives engagement and supports our overall marketing strategy.
What You’ll Do:
- Capture high-quality photo and video content specifically tailored for social media platforms, including product shots and event coverage.
- Edit and enhance photos to align with brand guidelines and ensure visual appeal across various social media channels.
- Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team to plan and execute photo/video shoots that align with social media content calendars and campaigns.
- Use photos to create engaging social media posts and stories. Ensure visuals are optimized for different platforms and formats.
- Promptly and effectively update social media and digital channel content based on engagement metrics and analytics reporting.
- Plan and execute photo shoots for various marketing materials, including websites, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Work with content producer, graphic designers, marketers, and other team members to ensure content aligns with overall content strategies and branding.
- Assisting during photo and video shoots from concept through to delivery.
- Maintain and manage photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and accessories. Ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
- Contribute creative ideas for photo concepts and styles. Stay updated on photography trends and techniques.
- Organize and manage photo/video content archives. Ensure all content are properly categorized and easily accessible.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor’s degree in photography, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in professional photography, with a portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of visual composition and branding.
- Wine industry experience is an asset.
- Proficiency with photography equipment and Adobe Creative Cloud software suite (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Express).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their visual requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
What We Offer:
- The typical hiring range for this position is from $50,000 to $58,000 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity
