Lead the preparation, analysis & consolidation of financial records for several entities (GDLS-C, GDLS-A, KSA/CSL)
Lead the preparation & analysis of financial reporting deliverables to Division (SHC) & Corporate (monthly, quarterly & annually)
Oversee the management of foreign currency risk, hedges, reporting of exchange gain/loss for several entities (GDLS-C, GDLS-A, KSA/CSL, GDUK)
Primary interface with Corporate directed internal audit team for SOX compliance & internal audit engagements (GDLS-C, GDLS-A, KSA/CSL)
Primary interface with external audit team (ex. KPMG) for quarterly and annual compliance testing (GDLS-C, GDLS-A, KSA/CSL)
Oversee proactive internal audits assessing risk within the business unit and sub-business units and provide results to leadership
Liaison across multiple financial pillars (Cash management, Operations, Program Finance) ensuring connectivity & accuracy of financial status of operations
Primary interface with Corporate risk management on site insurance matters (exposure, insurance clause/requirement review, certificate issuance) (GDLS-C, KSA/CSL)
Lead POC for all GDLS-A customer focused and operations related performance (Cash, proposal development, EAC’s, CIP, budgets, rates etc.)
Special assignments, as required
University Degree in Business, Commerce, Economics or Finance
Minimum 7-10 years of relevant work experience
Professional Accounting Designation
Strong Project Management, Organizational and Analytical Skills
Excellent Networking, Communications, Presentation and Leadership Skills
Ability to travel (5% Canadian, 5% US & International) and possess/be able to acquire and maintain a valid passport
Knowledge of GDLS practices and procedures
Understanding of and experience working with US GAAP
Advanced Working Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion and Other Enterprise Systems
