St. Germain Bakery has been serving freshly baked Asian-European breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts for over 40 years. We are excited to open our newest location at Willowbrook Shopping Centre and are looking for 2 enthusiastic Full-Time Bakery Sales Associates to join our team.

Position
Full-Time Bakery Sales Associate (2 Positions)
Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Greet customers and recommend bakery products.
- Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately.
- Package breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts with care.
- Refill bakery displays and maintain an attractive presentation.
- Prepare beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the store, including regular cleaning duties.
- Assist with receiving deliveries and stocking inventory.
- Support the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist and support the baking and pastry team when needed.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience is an asset but not required.
- Food service or bakery experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
