- Maintain accurate and up-to-date shop drawings, track the status of RFIs and changes
- Assist with project tenders and estimates
- Work alongside and regularly communicate with owners, architects, contractors and engineers
- Build, review, interpret and update construction schedules
- Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in project administration and field work for project sites
- Conduct quality control activities, inspection programs and periodic updating of construction progress records and HSE paperwork
- Visit project sites, attend and facilitate meetings
Is this the right role for you?
- Civil or Construction Engineering diploma or degree considered an asset
- 2-5 years of experience with commercial construction and renovations
- You have a working knowledge of scheduling, estimating and project management software
- Must have a valid class 5 license and your own transportation
