YOUR MISSION
As a key player in the workforce planning team, you will be part of an experienced team, with diverse strengths and experiences and very committed to doing the maximum to meet the demands of our customers (the touring shows) requiring temporary resources (Fly-ins) in their productions all over the planet. You will receive diverse requests from multiple partners with whom you will have to interact.
This position is based in Montreal, it does not require travel, but some flexibility in schedules.

Among other things, you will have to:
Ensure the verification and validation of Fly-in timesheets&
- Prepare Fly-in expense accounts&
- Help coordinate operations by providing administrative support to the team&
- Prepare Fly-in hiring documents, ensure monitoring and processing&
- Act as a resource person for the Fly-ins team&

YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE
& Your great rigor in preparing documents and maintaining information and data up to date in the systems- & Your keen sense of organization and your ability to quickly manage your priorities and follow up on your files efficiently and thoroughly
- & Your ability to work under pressure and your tolerance for change
- & Your talent as a communicator and your sense of teamwork both with the Fly-ins team and with the administrative staff of the shows as well as various specialists, such as Talent information management, payroll and disability management
- & Your excellent command of French and English, both oral and written
- & Diploma of college studies (DEC) in office automation or another relevant field;
- & Two to five years of experience in a similar position;
- & Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- & In-depth mastery of EXCEL, an asset
- & Experience on tour, in a placement agency or in managing call-back lists, an asset;
