We are looking for a reliable and motivated Painter or Painter Helper to join our team. Experience in residential painting is an asset, but we are also willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, and priming
- Apply paint and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
- Work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
- Painting experience is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Dependable and hardworking
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are an asset
- Working at heights certificate valid or willing to obtain upon hire
- Experience working on a construction site
