Grand Toyota is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our service department and deliver an exceptional experience for both our customers and our team.
As Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day performance of the service department, support and develop your team, and ensure our standards for customer service, quality, safety, and profitability are consistently achieved.

- Lead the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the service department
- Hire, train, schedule, coach, and support service team members
- Monitor department performance, productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability
- Work closely with technicians and service advisors to ensure repairs are completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure appropriate follow-up
- Maintain accurate service records, documentation, warranty administration, and department reporting
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and promptly report incidents and injuries
- Manage service tools and equipment and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and other dealership departments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team
- Solid automotive mechanical and technical knowledge
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- A results-focused approach with accountability for department performance
- Ability to adapt, take initiative, and work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- College Diploma or Trade School Certificate in Automotive Studies, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum two (2) years of Service Manager experience preferred
- Previous dealership experience preferred
- Toyota or other brand-specific product experience considered an asset
- Valid provincial Driver’s Licence required

Compensation includes a $50,000 base salary plus a performance-based bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
