Top Points is a booking and loyalty app helping local businesses, (restaurants, salons, retailers, and service providers) turn first-time customers into regulars.
We're expanding our merchant network across GTA and are looking for driven, self-motivated sales reps to help lead the charge.
The Opportunity
We're looking for highly motivated hunters - people who like to get on the phone, aren't afraid of a cold door, and want to get paid directly for what they close.
You'll be signing up Toronto businesses to the Top Points platform, building your own pipeline, and earning residual income on every account you bring on.
What You'll Do
Prospect and build a pipeline of Toronto-area merchants - restaurants, cafes, salons, spas, fitness studios, boutiques, and local service businesses
Compensation
Please Note: This is a commission only, independent contractor position.
- 40% residual on everything Top Points collects from every merchant you sign, for as long as they stay active
- $50 bonus for every merchant you sign
- Uncapped earning potential - the more you sign, the more you make
- This is a commission-only, independent contractor opportunity (non-exclusive, self-directed schedule)
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable with cold outreach - calls, emails, and in-person conversations
- Self-starter who can manage their own pipeline without hand-holding
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone
- Sales experience is an asset but not required - we'll train you
- Based in the Toronto area
- Reach out by phone, email, and in person to book meetings with owners and decision-makers
- Run product demos and close new merchant accounts
- Manage your pipeline in our CRM from first contact to close
- Maintain relationships with your accounts to drive retention and referrals
- Access to a vehicle is preferred
Pay: $2,000.00-$12,000.00 per month
