Safety, Compliance & Inspections
- Enforce total site compliance with local occupational health and safety regulations (e.g., OHSA, MOL), company safety policies, and site-specific safety plans.

- Act as the primary site liaison during third-party safety audits, municipal building inspections, and structural engineering reviews.
Sector-Specific Operational Oversight
- Municipal Infrastructure & Bridges: Oversee formwork, concrete pours, rebar placement, bridge deck rehab, traffic control setups, utility trenching, and environmental/waterway compliance.
- Industrial Projects: Enforce plant access rules, equipment rigging safety, structural steel modifications, and coordination around live plant operations.
- Residential Projects: Coordinate site layout, sub-trade framing/concrete/utility hookups, site grading, and inspection sign-offs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of direct experience as a Site Supervisor, General Foreman, or Superintendent in civil, municipal, industrial, or multi-sector construction.
- Specialized Knowledge: Strong familiarity with heavy civil works, structural concrete, bridge rehabilitation, and utility management is a major asset.
