Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscape Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor environments. Responsibilities
Assist with interlock stone installation and landscaping projects
Load, unload, and move materials and tools
Dig, level, rake, and prepare job sites
Lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.)
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow directions from the site supervisor
Perform other general labor duties as required
Qualifications
- Prior experience with construction or landscaping work is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain tools and small machinery effectively
- Familiarity with gardening practices, horticulture principles, and landscape maintenance techniques is advantageous
- Ability to handle hand tools and power tools safely while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor labour in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy materials when needed
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to team goals
