Asset Qualifications:
. AQ1 - Secondary school diploma
. AQ2 - Experience in providing food services in an institutional, commercial or industrial food environment.
. AQ3 - Possession of certification/completion of training in a recognized field such as WHMIS, health, hygiene, safety.
. AQ4 - Experience performing cashier duties or operating a point of sale terminal

. Must be able to work Shift Work including evenings holidays & weekends.
. Must be able to work overtime.
. Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 kg in accordance with general safety practices.
. Must be able to wear and/or utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in compliance with safety regulations.

Candidates must meet all of the essential qualifications noted in the Statement of Merit Criteria to be appointed to a position. A candidate may be appointed to a position even though he/she does not meet any or all of the asset qualifications or operational requirements. However, meeting these criteria is desirable and may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed.
