Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential spaces, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing
- Manage laundry services, including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Maintain organized supplies and ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs courteously and professionally
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and special requests
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout all assigned properties
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments preferred
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Effective communication skills in English; French language skills are advantageous
- Ability to perform light cooking and laundry tasks as part of the cleaning service
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and respectful demeanor
- Reliable transportation or access to reliable transportation for timely arrival at client locations
