We are searching for a Resident Experience Manager to join our Faubourg du Mascaret team based in Moncton, New Brunswick.

About the Opportunity
- Maintains quality and resident satisfaction of Faubourg du Mascaret standards;
- Consistently ensures service delivery meets established brand standards in terms of quality, safety, timeliness, and customer service.
• Establishes strong processes of utilizing formal and informal resident feedback to influence operational practices.
- Oversees the orientation of new Residents to Faubourg du Mascaret through established standards.
- Provides leadership and direction to housekeeping and hospitality services team. Accountable for management and performance of both departments.
- Manages the professional development of all Team Members within the housekeeping and hospitality services department.
- Oversees operating budget and spending processes of the food and beverage department
- Directs safety & wellness culture of housekeeping and hospitality services team.
About You
In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:
- Post-Secondary education or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or similar education;
- Bilingual in English and French;
- 2-3 years in a management role within Hospitality or Seniors Living environment is an asset;
- You are passionate about working with seniors and have experience working with the elderly in a seniors’ living or long-term care environment;
- Alzheimer’s Disease and other Dementia Care Course considered an asset;
