Project Coordinator / Junior Estimator:
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Determining project changes.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
- Carefully reviewing and examining data and documents such as analysis reports.
- Collecting and gathering the information that will be used to produce project estimates
- Coming up with correct and accurate cost information that is required for construction projects
- Completing full take-offs of quantities for Divisions 1 to 16.
- Planning and organizing, and estimating work assignments, as well as other tasks as required
- Visiting project sites, and attending pre-bid meetings
