Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time, 2:45pm - 11:00pm
Salary: Starting wage $24.00/ hr + $1.00 evening shift differential based on experience

About the Role:
In this role, you will support panel and crate fabrication, packing, and facility maintenance - and as you show reliability and skill, you'll progress into forklift operation and material handling. No prior experience needed, we train reliable people and watch them grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Panel fabrication support (cutting, measuring, assembly prep)
- Crate fabrication and assembly
- Packing and material organization
- Shop cleaning
- As your prove yourself: forklift operation, material logistics, equipment handling
Required Qualifications:
- No experience required - we provide training for the right person
