Pool Installer / Pool Construction Technician

At Canadian Poolscapes, we specialize in luxury pool construction and high-end outdoor living spaces across the GTA. From custom concrete pools to full landscape integrations, we build premium outdoor environments with a strong focus on craftsmanship, detail, and quality.
We're looking for an experienced Pool Installer / Construction Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with pool installations, excavation, concrete work, plumbing, and general outdoor construction.
Role Overview
You will work on the construction and installation of residential custom swimming pools and surrounding outdoor features, collaborating closely with project managers, operators, and construction crews to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to a luxury standard.
Responsibilities
- In-ground pool installations from start to finish
- Excavation preparation and site cleanup
- Installing pool plumbing, drainage, and related systems
- Concrete forming, pouring, and finishing
- Installing pool bases, coping, and surrounding hardscape elements
- Reading plans and drawings and following layout measurements accurately
- Coordinating with crew members and leading on-site
- Supporting additional landscape construction tasks as required
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in pool construction / installation
- Experience in concrete work, forming, grading, and excavation
- Strong ability to read drawings and execute layouts accurately
- Experience leading crews and coordinating with trades
- Solid knowledge of pool plumbing and maintenance
- Confident operating landscape construction equipment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Commitment to on-site safety and best practices
- Valid G driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Clean driving record (preferred)
- Experience on high-end luxury projects (preferred)
Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
