Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our Pressure Washing and exterior cleaning team. This role involves engaging with customers, drumming up work for the team doing door to door sales, drafting estimates and sending invoices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Candidate must have reliable transportation to travel to Calgary, Airdrie and Cochrane areas. Pay is $20/hour with 2% commission on each property secured with work.
Duties
- Engage with customers door to door to create work for the team.
- Learn about the product to showcase features and benefits.
- Operate Quickbooks system to do quotes and invoices
- Upsell services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication, phone etiquette, and active listening.
- Door to door sales with team to drum up work for the day; as well as hanging door hangers to get work in new areas.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related fields is preferred.
- Self motivated individual
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service expertise, are essential.
- Demonstrated ability in upselling, organizational skills, and time management will contribute to success in this role. Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour
