S&R Nursing Homes Ltd., is a division of The Steeves & Rozema Group. With over 45 years of experience in the Long Term Care field, we are currently searching for an Administrator to join our team at one of our Homes located in London, Ontario.
Reporting to the VP, Long Term Care Division, you provide a high standard of quality care and service to our residents and ensure a challenging and rewarding employment opportunity to our Team Members.
The Administrator is responsible for the daily operations of the home, including human resources, financial budgeting and leading an interdisciplinary team with commitment and towards excellence. In addition, the successful candidate supports the values of the company and liaises with community agencies and regulatory bodies. As the leader you support and promote the values for S&R – Authentic, Passionate and Committed.
Candidates must be qualified in accordance with the LTCHA. In addition, previous management experience in Long Term Care and education in business, financial and human resources management is desired. The candidate must be computer literate, possess excellent interpersonal and team building skills and have extensive experience in labour relations in a unionized setting. You have a strong working knowledge of LTC legislation and MOLTC/MOL compliance.
