We are a prominent Family Law firm in business for 40years! seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, SEO, and digital marketing analytics to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role involves managing various digital channels, optimizing content, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure the success of marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including social media, email, search engines, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and Google AdWords campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Oversee website content management using WordPress and ensure website SEO optimization.
- Create engaging visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic graphic design skills.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform future strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Monitor industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and emerging technologies to keep strategies current.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Implement technical updates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as needed for website improvements.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms while ensuring compliance with best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Advertising.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, and the entire Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
- Familiarity with coding languages such as HTML, Javascript
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing trends, keyword research, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Creative mindset combined with analytical thinking to develop innovative marketing solutions.
