Shipper/Receiver warehouse
Job description
Beretta Farms is looking for the right individual to join our Shipping and Receiving team at our warehouse facility in Brampton, Ontario.
Position Summary
- Responsible for the storing of products in the cooler and ensuring correct products are shipped out.
- Working in the warehouse and in/out of the cooler, operating counterbalance forklift, and pallet walk-behind.
- Move pallets of finished goods from staging area to the correct slot in cooler.
- Organize cooler, replenish, and organize part pallets.
- Pick orders and fill reefer trailer in correct order.
- Complete all paperwork and prepare invoices with accurate count of reefer contents.
- Inspect and receive all deliveries, ensuring all paperwork is correct and perform inventory counts.
- Ensure production has necessary ingredients and packaging materials as per production schedule.
- Comply with all applicable legislative and food safety, health and safety and environmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Forklift license and experience
- Previous Shipping/Receiving experience.
- Ability to lift to 50lbs repetitively.
- Strong communication and math skills.
- Accurately completes paperwork, detailed oriented.
- Ability to work a flexible 8-hour shift.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday; must be available between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm
- Shift timings may change from time to time based on business Requirements; therefore, flexibility in your schedule is a job requirement
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
