Reporting to the Team Lead, Administration, this position provides administrative support services as they relate to parts and service work orders within well established and clearly defined policies and procedures.

This position is based at our Acheson location and works a Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday shift schedule, 8 hours per day.

Duties included, but are not limited to:
Maintaining safety awareness while completing daily tasks.
Opening and closing work orders.

Maintaining and costing work orders and tracking components to ensure job is progressing and report on issues to appropriate personnel as required.
Invoice customers.
Enter, code and track all time cards for non-union hourly employees in Remote Mining. Keep all employee information confidential.
Provide relief at Reception during daily break periods.
Other duties as assigned.

Office Administration Certificate, and two years of administrative experience in an operational or service setting with related clerical and record keeping duties.

Excellent communication skills - verifying and exchanging information with internal and external resources.

Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize and high attention to detail.
Proficient computer skills - working with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of eXtend ERP system or SAP is a definite asset.
