Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Farsi Teacher to inspire and educate students in the beautiful language of Farsi. Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging Farsi lessons tailored to diverse age groups and proficiency levels
- Incorporate interactive activities, multimedia resources, and cultural elements to enhance language acquisition
- Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, assignments, and informal evaluations
- Provide individualized tutoring support to reinforce learning objectives and address specific needs
- Maintain a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation, curiosity, and respect
- Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum plans aligned with educational standards and learner goals
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track student progress, share resources, and communicate effectively with students and parents
Skills
- Strong knowledge of the Farsi language, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and cultural context
- Experience working with children or in early childhood education settings is highly desirable
- Proven classroom experience demonstrating effective teaching strategies and classroom management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students of varying ages and backgrounds
- Familiarity with tutoring techniques to support individual learning needs
- Basic proofreading skills for correcting written work and providing constructive feedback
- Knowledge of LMS platforms for managing coursework, assessments, and student records
- Understanding of special education principles to adapt lessons for diverse learners when necessary
