Overview
We are seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various carpentry tasks and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Duties
- Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Perform carpentry work including framing, roofing, flooring installation, drywall, tile laying, and electrical tasks
- Fabricate and install cabinets, shelving, and other wooden structures
- Coordinate with subcontractors and other construction professionals
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Train and supervise junior carpenters
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter or similar role
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans
- Strong knowledge of various carpentry techniques including CNC operations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in restoration projects is a plus

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
