About the Executive Assistant Position
The Executive Assistant reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Executive Assistant is a liaison between Tri-County Mennonite Homes and the Board of Directors. The position supports the ongoing administrative functions of TCMH and its' corporate office.

Community College diploma – 2 year
Executive Administrative Assistant Certificate
Minimum of 3 years' experience working as an Executive Assistant
Experience in long term care, retirement living, healthcare, or related fields required
Experienced in work with Board of Directors required
Excellent computer skills
Experience managing social media platforms an asset
Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication skills and a positive attitude
Must be able to follow policies and handle confidential information
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Providing administrative and support services to CEO, the Board of Directors, Senior Leadership Team and corporate office staff
Attending reception duties of corporate office
Organizing and scheduling meetings, and special events
Attending and participating in meetings
Assisting in the preparation and filling of corporate legal documents, corporate newsletters, and reports.
Sorting and distributing mail, updating inventory, list, tracking office supplies, monitoring office equipment and arranging for service as needed
Preparing minutes of meetings, proofreading materials
Other administrative duties as assigned
