Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and ensure they receive prompt and courteous service.
Communicate with customers to understand their service needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Prepare repair orders, explain necessary repairs and services, and provide cost estimates.
Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of work.
Maintain regular contact with customers, providing updates on the status of their vehicles.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or questions.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
