Overview
We are seeking a team player who is passionate and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team on Saturdays and 3-4 additional days during the week. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver comprehensive dental hygiene services in a busy, patient-focused practice. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, professionalism for patient care.
Duties
- Perform dental cleanings, exams, and periodontal therapy with precision and care
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment plans
- Assist with dental procedures, including orthodontics and pediatrics, as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records using Cleardent dental management software
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all patients, including bilingual support if applicable
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional customer service
- Stay current with dental terminology and best practices to enhance patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Valid Dental Hygienist license in good standing
- Experience with Cleardent or similar dental software preferred
- Knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and general dentistry procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse patient populations
- Previous dental office experience is highly desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively using medical terminology and explain treatments clearly
Pay: $50.00-$65.00 per hour
