The Lexmark Professional Services Business Analyst (BA) assists Lexmark Lead Professional Services Consultants with assessment services for Lexmark customers. Assessments will typically include the following steps associated with a professional evaluation of output devices collected at customer locations: data analysis, plotting device locations on a floor plan, future state design, and business case analysis. The BA will also provide implementation support through the development, assembly and delivery of various business documents. These steps will be performed based upon unique deployment principles and processes that have been established in agreement with each customer. The BA will be working on enterprise-sized projects that may encompass multiple floors, buildings, and locations for a given customer.
Job responsibilities include:
Collecting data in customer environments
Gathering information about output devices using print assessment and auditing tools
Physical walkthroughs of customer environments, which involves being on your feet and walking for ~8 hours per day while on site
Interviewing end users about their requirements
Travel is required – potentially up to 80 percent of the time
Normalizing of data collected at customer locations including, but not limited to, output devices: make, model, serial number, features, usage information, physical location for use in Lexmark’s analysis tool, DCAT.
Job qualifications include:
French/English speaking required
Experience working with print assessment and auditing tools
Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills
