Finch Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC is looking for an energetic individual to be part of our organization as a Full-Time Reception/Licensing Administrator.
Being the face and voice of our dealership to our customers, you must have a natural ability to engage positively with people in person and on the telephone, always leaving a welcoming and professional impression of the dealership.
Our ideal candidate understands that customers have a choice in where they purchase and service their vehicles and therefore demonstrates a commitment to delivering unparalleled service to show our customers real value for their hard-earned money.
The position is Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on Fridays.

Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. Assess their needs, answer their inquiries, or guide them to the appropriate dealership staff member
Answer multi-line telephone system with courtesy and respect, direct incoming calls, take detailed messages, and provide callers with helpful information
Receive customer payments, record payments accordingly, and balance transactions at the end of your shift
Prepare paperwork for the Ontario Ministry of Transportation to register all new and used vehicle licensing transactions
Stock in new and used vehicles and monitor inventory for accuracy
Process dealer trade paperwork
Maintain the tidiness and organization of the reception area, customer lounge, and refreshment area.
Perform other related administrative tasks as required by management.
